We’re looking for a lawyer with approximately 3–5 years’ experience in corporate and commercial law who genuinely loves working with entrepreneurs and high-growth companies.
Someone who gets excited about helping founders navigate growth, raise capital, acquire businesses, negotiate important commercial relationships and solve the countless strategic problems that come with building a great company.
But technical ability isn’t enough.
We’re looking for someone with excellent judgment. Someone who thinks like a business advisor, not just a lawyer. Someone who communicates with clients in a way that builds trust. Someone who cares deeply about doing exceptional work while genuinely caring about the people they’re doing it for.
And we’re looking for someone who wants to help build a business, not simply have a job.
What You’ll Do
You’ll become a trusted advisor to founders, executives and investors.
Some days you’ll be leading an acquisition or venture capital financing.
Other days you’ll be negotiating a complex commercial agreement, restructuring a business, advising on governance, or helping a client navigate a difficult strategic decision.
Much of what we do is transactional.
Much of what we do is ongoing counsel.
We like that balance.
We believe the best lawyers know their clients well enough to help them long before the next transaction arrives.
You’ll take meaningful ownership of your own files and client relationships while working closely with a collaborative team that genuinely enjoys building great work together.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
Is called to the bar in British Columbia or Ontario.
Has approximately 3–5 years of experience in corporate and commercial law.
Loves working with entrepreneurs, technology companies and high-growth businesses.
Has strong drafting skills and practical, business-oriented judgment.
Enjoys both sophisticated transactions and ongoing strategic advisory work.
Builds trust through thoughtful, responsive communication.
Is collaborative, humble and generous with their teammates.
Wants to contribute to building an exceptional firm, not simply work at one.
Is excited by technology, AI and continuously improving how legal services are delivered.
This role is based in Vancouver, BC and is primarily office-based.
